BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR J.M.R.M. CORPORATION

Some of J.M.R.M. Corporation's Terms & Conditions:

  1. All customers purchasing products from J.M.R.M. Corporation must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated by J.M.R.M. Corporation (or one of it's companies).
  2. All sales are final.  There will be no exchanges or refunds for any products sold by J.M.R.M. Corporation.
  3. "In-stock" for non-downloadable products means that orders are being accepted for those products and orders will be placed into a manufacturing schedule. 
  4. All non-downloadable products sold by J.M.R.M. Corporation have a MINIMUM 8 WEEK MANUFACTURING TIME FRAME.  
  5. Please do not purchase products from this company if the customer(s) intending to use the product(s) have any medical condition(s) that could be harmed by the products sold through J.M.R.M. Corporation.
  6. All intellectual property provided by J.M.R.M. Corporation is the property of J.M.R.M. Corporation, one/more of it's companies, or Miss Jose Mylabathula.
  7. J.M.R.M. Corporation only allows customers to use this website if they agree to not violate the rights of J.M.R.M. Corporation, it's companies, or Miss Jose Mylabathula, and if they agree to use the website according to the relevant laws of Canada.
  8. Anyone that is found to be in violation of any legal right of J.M.R.M. Corporation, any of it's companies, or Miss Jose Mylabathula may have applicable penalties/charges/other enforced against them.
  9. The owner of J.M.R.M. Corporation suffers from medical obstacles, and their responses to customers are expected to be slow as a result of the daily medical obstacles that they may experience.
  10. IMPORTANT EXCEPTION FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:  If a customer receives an obviously damaged product (for example:  a slightly loose string is not considered to be an obviously damaged problem), and the damage was not caused by the courier or the customer, and the customer wants to exchange the damaged product for an undamaged product, the customer must send the damaged product to J.M.R.M. Corporation NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS FROM WHEN THE COURIER DELIVERS THE ORDER TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THE ORDER.  If the damaged product is not received by J.M.R.M. Corporation, the damaged product will not be replaced.  There will never be any refunds for damaged products.  This policy is put in place by J.M.R.M. Corporation to prevent fraudulent claims by customers declaring that products were received damaged from J.M.R.M. Corporation.
